At Mivora, we want you to feel confident with your order. Because our products are skincare items, we follow a hygiene-focused return policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mivorashopify@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A clear description of what happened
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare products cannot be returned.
Change of mind returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been delivered, especially if the product has been opened or used.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, or building office.
If tracking does not show delivery and the package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will review the case.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-refundable costs
Shipping fees, taxes, and handling costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with your order.
