Mivora currently ships within the United States.

Processing time

Orders usually take 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Mivora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
